US-flagYou may have noticed that I skipped over the United States way back in February.  I guess it was harder to choose from the country in which you live and eat.  There is nothing like a good Brooklyn New York pizza, a traditional homemade apple pie, a down home backyard barbeque, or the perfect baseball stadium hot dog to conjure up the image of traditional American faire, but food in the U.S. is so much more than that. So, instead of going state by state in this blog (you will have to wait for my next adventure), I thought I would wait until our biggest food fest or feast, Thanksgiving.  If you click on the Holiday/Special Occasions page below, you will find the links to my Thanksgiving menu and the recipes I followed, as well as some other fun dishes from the 4th of July, St. Patrick’s Day, and Super Bowl Sunday, to name a few.
