Saint Lucia-Inspired Meatballs (Saint Lucia)

Inspired from a Petit Piton
Yield: 6 Servings


2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, finely minced
3 cloves garlic finely minced
1 stalk celery finely minced
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon celery salt
1 tablespoon marjoram
1 egg
2 teaspoons ketchup
Bread crumbs


Place all contents together in a bowl and hand mix. Add bread crumbs to meatball consistency.

Saute in pan with olive oil. Serve with fries or roasted potatoes.
