Morcacie Plnene Prsia – Stuffed Turkey Breast (Slovakia)

Yield: 4 Servings


Thin sliced Turkey breast cutlets – uncooked
Sliced cheese – yellow
Sliced ham – pre-cooked
White pepper


Tenderize the Turkey breast very gently. Sprinkle with salt and white pepper.

On one cutlet, place a slice of ham, cheese, and several asparagus stalks. Roll this up and hold it together with tooth picks (wooden). Grease pan with butter.

Place the turkey rolls in the pan and back in oven at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. While this is cooking, peel an apple and grate it. After the turkey has ccoked for 20 minutes, sprinkle the shredded apple on top. Finish cooking.
