Tonga

Sweet & Sour Chicken (Tonga)  

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts cooked and cut up
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 green pepper chopped
1 can pineapple chunks

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a pan except chicken, green pepper, and pineapple chunks.  Cook and stir until thickened.  Add green peppers, pineapple chunks, and chicken.  Cook and serve over rice.
